My career began at a small, locally invested digital marketing agency, where I first gained experience in digital marketing and strategic communication. I then advanced to a PR and IMC marketing agency, where I refined my skills in both ATL and BTL marketing, handling strategic and tactical brand initiatives.
 
Currently, I work as a Social Media Specialist at Springbok Butchery and Catering Service, an e-business in Dubai, UAE. I am responsible for content creation and media planning to enhance brand visibility and online presence.

Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Managed the social media presence of six brands across multiple platforms by developing content strategies, creating engaging content, coordinating video production, and overseeing daily community management. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, supported website content management, and leveraged market research and AI tools to drive consistent brand communication and audience engagement.

Marketing Specialist and E-commerce Sales Coordinator

  • Food Source International LLC (Dubai, UAE) Nov 2024 - Feb 2026
Managed Springbok’s social media content on Facebook and Instagram, using Canva and ChatGPT to create engaging posts and captions. I plan weekly content calendars and produce monthly designs. Beyond content creation, I support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, processing online orders via Shopify and managing invoicing with Xero. My role blends digital marketing with hands-on sales support, enhancing both brand presence and customer engagement.
